Payment methods, security, discount codes and prices.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All available methods are shown at checkout, usually credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. Payment runs encrypted through the Shopify checkout.
Is payment secure?
Yes. The checkout is SSL encrypted and PCI certified. We never see or store card data.
How do I redeem a discount code?
There is a “Discount code” field at checkout. Enter the code, apply, done. One code per order. Newsletter subscribers get 10% off their first order with WILLKOMMEN10.
Do prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices are final prices in euros including statutory VAT, plus shipping. For the USA we show prices in US dollars.
Can I pay in another currency?
You can switch country and currency in the header. You are charged in the displayed currency; your payment provider may convert.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, the order confirmation email serves as your invoice. If you need an invoice with a company address or VAT ID, message us right after ordering.
How do installments work?
If Klarna or Shop Pay Installments are available, you see the option on the product page and at checkout. Terms are shown transparently there.
