Can I return my order?
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. Email us, that is the fastest way. The full policy is under Right of withdrawal & returns.
Which items are excluded?
Sealed product (boosters, boxes, displays) and graded slabs if the seal or slab was opened after receipt. Unopened, you can return them like anything else.
How do I send something back?
1. Email us with order number and item. 2. Pack the card the way you received it (sleeve, toploader, padding). 3. Ship insured and tracked to the address we give you. Return shipping is at your cost.
When do I get my refund?
Within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal at the latest, usually within 2 to 3 business days after the item arrives. Refunds go to the original payment method.
The item does not match the description.
Contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We check, exchange or refund. Statutory warranty applies in addition.
Can I exchange an item?
Identical copies of cards are rare, so an exchange works as a return plus a new order. Message us, we help you find the right card.
