How long does shipping take?
We usually ship within 1 to 2 business days after payment. Delivery: Austria 1 to 3 business days, Germany 2 to 5, EU 3 to 7, Switzerland/UK/Norway 5 to 10, USA and worldwide 7 to 14 business days.
What does shipping cost?
Austria €4.90 (free from €75), Express €9.90. Germany €6.90 (free from €100). EU €9.90. Switzerland, UK, Norway €14.90. USA and rest of world €19.90. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.
Do I get tracking?
Yes, on every order. As soon as your parcel leaves us you automatically receive an email with a tracking link. Check your spam folder if nothing arrives.
How are cards packed?
Single cards ship in a sleeve and toploader (or semi-rigid) inside a padded mailer or box. Graded slabs in a protective sleeve with bubble wrap. Sealed product in a sturdy box with edge protection. High-value shipments are insured.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not shipped. Email hello@nbhdcollectibles.com with your order number as soon as possible. After shipping, the right of withdrawal applies.
Can you combine several orders?
Yes, if neither has shipped yet. Contact us with both order numbers, we combine them and refund the duplicate shipping.
My parcel arrived damaged. What now?
Send photos of the packaging and contents to hello@nbhdcollectibles.com within 48 hours. We file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
My parcel has not arrived.
Check the tracking link first. If there has been no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us. We open an investigation and keep you updated. In case of loss you get a replacement or your money back.
Do you ship internationally and are there customs fees?
We deliver to the EU, Switzerland, UK, Norway, USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and many more countries. Outside the EU, import duties may apply and are paid by the recipient.
